【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesmethodsforthemanualultrasonictestingoffusionweldedjointsinmetallicmaterialsequaltoandabove8mmthickwhichexhibitlowultrasonicattenuation(especiallythatduetoscatter).Itisprimarilyintendedforuseonfullpenetrationweldedjointswhereboththeweldedandparentmaterialareferritic.Thetechniquesmayalsobeused:—onmaterialsotherthanthosestated;—onpartialpenetrationwelds;—withautomatedequipment;ifrequiredbyspecification.Wherematerialdependentultrasonicvaluesarespecifiedinthisstandardtheyarebasedonsteelshavinganultrasonicsoundvelocityof5920±50m/sforlongitudinalwaves,and3255±30m/sfortransversewaves.Thisistobetakenintoaccountwhentestingmaterialswithadifferentvelocity.Thestandardspecifiesfourtestinglevels,eachcorrespondingtoadifferentprobabilityofdetectionofimperfections.GuidanceontheselectionoftestinglevelsA,BandCisgiveninAnnexA.Therequirementsofthefourthtestinglevel,whichisintendedforspecialapplications,areinaccordancewiththegeneralrequirementsofthisstandardandmayonlybeusedwhendefinedbyspecification.Thisstandard,maybeusedfortheassessmentofindications,foracceptancepurposes,byeitherofthefollowingmethods:1)evaluationbasedprimarilyonlengthandechoamplitudeofthesignalindication;2)evaluationbasedoncharacterizationandsizingoftheindicationbyprobemovementmethods.Themethodsusedshallbespecified.

【摘要】:Thismethoddescribesaprocedureformeasuringtheburstingstrengthoflinerboardusingadiskshapeddiaphragm.Basisweightsforthismethodshouldbe98g/squaremeter(20/MSF)andhigher.Theminimumburstshouldbe350kPa(51psi).Thismethodmayalsobeusedtotestpaperboard.Aspecimenisclampedbetweentwoplatenswithcircularopeningsintheircenters.Anexpansiblediaphragmisdistendedthroughthelowerplatenbymeansofhydraulicpressureuntilthespecimenruptures.Themaximumhydraulicpressurewhenthespecimenrupturesisrecorded.
